    vs.

RHP Ervin Santana (ERA 2.77 WHIP 1.08 BAA .242)

Scouting Report: Santana has averaged just 2.6 runs of support in eight starts. He was sharp again in Oakland, holding the A's to four hits and two runs in seven innings, but took a 2-1 loss. His fourth attempt at his 100th victory comes against his original club.

    Game 4 11:10 AM

RHP Jerome Williams (ERA 2.53 WHIP 1.08 BAA .217)

Scouting Report: Williams has begun to make a strong case to be a mainstay in the Angels' rotation. The right-hander threw eight shutout innings against the Mariners his last start and has had three straight quality starts.
    vs.

RHP Wade Davis (ERA 5.91 WHIP 1.95 BAA .351)

Scouting Report: For the third start in a row, Davis couldn't make it through the sixth inning Tuesday at Houston. He allowed three runs on seven hits with four walks. Davis got the win in a 9-5 victory on May 15, but gave up nine hits and four runs in 5 1/3 innings.

I'm sure the Angels could find somebody that is a free agent that is better than Blanton. At this point, I do not think Blanton should even be on a big league roster. It is a guaranteed L every time he takes the mound.

Looks like Santana is going to get sweet revenge against the Angels, with his 100th W.

Joe Blanton, tonight's starter for #Angels, has allowed 15.38 H/IP. That's the highest ratio of any P since 1936 (min 50 IP, from Stats LLC)
Does Santana shut us out, or no hit us, or perfect game us, or perfect game us w/ 27 strike outs should be the poll question.

@JeffFletcherOCR: Jered Weaver said he's ready to return to the #Angels rotation if that's what team decides.

    Big fat who cares.

He's the third best on our team at not making outs right now. Seems like that's a pretty big part of hitting to me.
