Thumbs up B. Urlacher Retires as a Packer

Great article. Would be hilarious if it happened. Had to share.

Longtime Chicago Bears linebacker Brian Urlacher officially retired today as a member of the Green Bay Packers, signing a one-day contract with the team to "go out a winner."

Packers wouldn't allow it IMO. They don't want bad blood between a respected rival.

Either way, I'll be glad to not have to go against this guy anymore. Somebody else will emerge on that team, but until they do we at least don't have to worry about urlacher anymore.

Losing Urlacher will be a pretty big deal for the bears. Even though he lost some speed he was still the QB of that defense.
