Oladipo or Len. If we draft a big with our pick trade Gortat for the Por pick and draft Shabazz or Dario.

Rumor is the Mavs are looking to move the #13 pick to create cap space to go after Dwight Howard

Since they are trying to free cap space, wonder what they'd ask for

A future 1st? Maybe Lakers 2015 1st round pick? Would love this

Not sure i'd do that. Lakers could be terrible in 2015 especially if Dwight doesn't resign. It'd be tempting though....

It's the Lakers, though. I wouldn't count on them being horrible. Where did you see where the mavs are looking to trade the pick?

I'm hoping Oladipo falls to us. Imagine him on one wing and Wiggins/Parker on the other

Victor Oladipo appears to be the most popular player in the 2013 NBA Draft for general managers, even if he isn't on top of draft boards.

"Oladipo is the guy that GMs love in this draft," wrote Chad Ford. "May be the only one. I've talked to 14 or 15 who tell me he's their favorite player. Almost zero downside and still significant upside. Not sure he's a fit in Cleveland or Washington -- but Orlando and Phoenix both look like strong fits. (Trey) Burke may be a bigger need (for Orlando), but Oladipo might be the better player long-term."

Oladipo was a first team All-American in his junior season at Indiana.

Here's a question. If Orlando offered us their #2 pick for #5 and the #30, would you do it knowing it would secure Oladipo?

In a heartbeat and as soon as they agree we call Dallas and offer them Shannon Brown and a 2nd rd pick or future protected first for Marion and their first then call Portland and offer Gortat for their first. Draft 1 of Gobert, Len, Olinyk, Zeller with 10 pick. Draft Saric with 13th or Shabazz if he falls that far.

Absolutely. Though i was hoping for Reggie Bullock of UNC with #30.

How would you guys feel about trading up or trading back?

Wolves have the 9th pick and 26th, and could possibly want to move up. I'd have to think about that deal. At 9 you could still get a good guy at 9 and still get a great stash guy at 26.

I also wonder if the Magic would move back to 5th?

I'd deal the 5th and 30th (or a player) to move up to 2nd. They want Burke and there is a very good chance they could get him at 5. Cavs, Wizards, and Bobcats don't need a PG. Phoenix would move up to #2 and have the chance to pick Porter, McLemore, or Noel (whoever the Cavs don't pick).
