Why is Camp still being trotted out there?

    Any good reason?

Camp was close to excellent last yr… The Cubs are giving him a chance to turn it around and showing him they still have faith in his abilities. He hasn't performed of course… But the Marmol carousel has spun for yrs so whatever….

Because it's the Cubs. Winning and making logical decisions isn't supposed to happen. It's beyond me how you throw a guy with a 7+ ERA who has been horrible all season, into a bases loaded situation like that. Especially when there were better options. C Vill, or just keep Russell in there. I'd take my chances with them.

A beat writer or two did mention in Spring Training that at the time Sveum was particularly impressed with Parker.

I heard you were looking for me.

Because Dale is ********. He's a bench warmer for a real manager who can actually win games, like Girardi.

I remember watching that EJax start a month ago with the wild pitches. Any moron with a rudimentary understanding of the game would have pulled EJax, but noooooo, Dale left him in, and blew the lead and the game. Hell, I think I might even take Ozzie at this point over Dale. I didn't like him when they named him, and I hate him now.

    Thank you!
Thibs is better compared to Dusty Baker. They both play their guys every minute of every game and run them into the ground in an attempt to be regular season champions. When the playoffs come they're gassed.
If you want to win a regular season game you call Thibs, Dusty, or Jeff Fisher (NFL). If you want to win a championship you need to call somebody else.
