IGT 12: Philadelphia Phillies vs. Cleveland Indians 5/14-5/15

Tuesday, May 14, 7:05 PM EDT, Citizens Bank Park

    Scott Kazmir, LHP---Jonathan Pettibone, RHP

    2-1, 4.87 ERA---2-0, 3.63 ERA

Indians: In a win over the A's Thursday, Kazmir gave up one run on five hits with 10 strikeouts and no walks in six innings. The lefty hit 95-96 mph for the first time since 2009 and has won back-to-back starts.
Phillies: Pettibone allowed seven hits, three runs and four walks and struck out one in 5 2/3 innings in Wednesday's start vs. the Giants. It was his fourth start in the Majors and the first time the Phillies lost one of those starts.

Wednesday, May 15, 1:05 PM EDT, Citizens Bank Park

    Corey Kluber, RHP---Cole Hamels, LHP

    2-2, 5.64 ERA---1-5, 4.18 ERA

Indians: After going 2-1 with a 2.70 ERA over three appearances, Kluber struggled mightily in a loss against the Tigers on Friday. The righty allowed eight runs on 11 hits, including two homers, in 4 2/3 innings.
Phillies: At first glance, Hamels' losing record seems fitting given his 4.18 ERA. But ever since allowing a combined 13 runs in his first two starts of the year, the lefty has a 2.41 ERA in his last 41 innings.

I'm really getting to the point that I think Rollins is the most in need of being moved. Galvis, at this point in time, cannot be any worse than Rollins. He's such a great glove and shows a decent amount of power (most likely never will show as much as Rollins has) but he's as good as Rollins in ever other facet of the game.

Plus Cesar Hernandez could play SS. Trade Rollins and bring up Cesar Hernandez as a utility guy and back up the infield.

Oh God, why did we sign Zambrano? I know it's a minor league deal, but that dude is such a headcase.

I really don't understand why Durbin and Valdez keep getting thrown out there.

    They should pick up Aardsma.

Why does Charlie "The Genius" Manuel rest Howard vs RHP rather than LHP? Anyone?
