Another blowout for Miami. This team has zero offense. Only way we win again is if deng hinrich and rose come back. We stole one at least

I can take a loss to a very good Miami Heat team. What I can't take, however, is a pounding like game 2. So if we do lose at least lose with some dignity this time.

Sometimes our offense gets stagnate, which I think is more accurate. There are times where we go half quarters scoring very little and against Miami that can be the difference between a loss and win. I think with a full team we have a lot of offense, we've just been cursed with the injury bug.

    Agreed man... frustrating! Really frustrating.

But we got to give lots of credits to our heroes (they are heroes to me) N8/Teague/Marco/Jimmy/Boozer/Taj/Nazr/Noah. This is basically our depht chart... but they have made a incredible job. Really amazing.

i heard a sound bit on the score this morning of thibs saying how 'we aren't going to get the calls, so we have to work through it'.. pretty telling IMO. obvious, sure. but the fact that the coach is basically calling out the refs prior to the game is somewhat phil-esque. this could go for or against the bulls tonight..

Kirk Hinrich's (calf) second MRI "showed similar damage to muscle fibers" that the first MRI showed, and he remains doubtful to play in Game 3 vs. Miami.
"It's just not progressing the way we had hoped," Hinrich said. Derrick Rose is "status quo" meaning he's unlikely to make a miraculous comeback for Game 3, so Nate Robinson will be asked to play a huge role once again as the starting point guard. Marquis Teague will see some time in backup duty, but it's not going to be for very long as he's looked terrible vs. Miami thus far in the series. Lil' Nate will get a chance to show off his playoff heroics once again. May 10 - 8:30 AM

"It's possible, if not likely," that Luol Deng will miss the remainder of the second round as he recovers from his illness, according to the Chicago Tribune.
Deng was "adamant" that he will play "even five minutes" if he can, but Deng has lost 15 pounds and "can't even endure exertion without headaches" at this stage. He's extremely unlikely to play in Game 3 and has already been deemed as doubtful, and it wouldn't be surprising to see him miss additional time. "I started feeling really weak. I started throwing up, constant diarrhea. I couldn't control my body really. And I still don't feel right," Deng said. With Deng sidelined, Marco Belinelli and Jimmy Butler are locked into major minutes. Deng also revealed that he played through a fractured thumb this season in addition to the torn ligament in his wrist, so he's nowhere near full health. May 10 - 8:25 AM
