I'm fine with any of he Knicks hawks or nets. I think we can easily beat any of those teams in 6 games.
It's the teams with a superior front court duo that scare me. Ie the pacers and bulls. And of course the heat because they are stacked....
Best case scenario is Knicks first round, then the pacers. The pacers will be a really tough series, but if we can semi negate their size by forcing them to go small vs our matchups, we have the edge IMO
Part of me wants to say the heat because we know we are going to have to play them at some point if we want to go anywhere. So they might as well give it a shot when they are the least tired.
The name is Amendola....
...Danny Amendola
Any of them excluding the Pacers and Heat. I still think they would beat the Pacers, but it would go the whole 7.

I would say the Knicks. With all their health issues seems to be the best bet.
I would love to play Miami first. I want the test early while fresh.

It also helps emotionally because you don't get to think about and hear about the big bad Heat over the weeks it takes to get to them. OTOH it could be a short playoff season.
Ideally I'd like to see Indy play the Heat but that's off.
I still have to go with the avoidance strategy. Get one of the teams foundering in the East for round 1. Get in a bracket with no Heat until the ECF's. Have someone bump them off for us....
Anybody but Miami!
I would like NY honestly bc they have a team that is breaking down and Melo is less than 100%. I think that we could be them pretty easily. I think Indy would be a difficult opponent but that we'd probably be able to beat them in a long series (6 or 7 games).
I dont want to face Chicago but that is unlikely anyway.

To me, it has nothing to do with the team we get, but our seeding.
We want the 2, 3, 6, or 7 seed so we don't see Miami until the ECF.
We don't want the 8th seed, because we'd get them in the opening round, and the winner of the 4th and 5th seed series gets them in the 2nd round.
I'd rather get them after they've been through two other battles first. My ideal seeding would be 2nd or 3rd to get the home court, but with the way we've been playing, we might as well just stay hovering around the 6th and 7th seed, just making sure we don't fall to 8th.
Anyone from NY lol but I'd like to get the Nets, no depth and not alot of playoff experience.
The Heat.
Get by them and the road begins significantly easier.
Go out in the first round and start preparing for the draft, trades and free agency.
Lee / Terry
Bradley /Crawford / Williams
Pierce / Green
Bass / Wilcox / White
KG / Randolph / Melo
Injured: Rondo, Sullinger
Draft wish list: Gorgui Dieng
Knicks. We own them, and its the only time Pierce is actually clutch on last second shots lol
If they are going to hang #18, I want them to win it, earn it. I don't want to see them back door it. If anyone is going t o take down the Heat, let it be Boston. That's just me though. I'm a competitor. If I'm going to be the best, I want to beat the best to claim that title.

I voted for the Hawks even though I think their chances are very slim.
