For confidence in the playoffs. Unless we fall off big time we have the tie breaker over the Grizz and Clips. We need a win to get closer to 3-4.

We own the tie breaker with Memphis even if we lose. But the way the Griz are playing we need a win to get closer to the 3rd seed.

incredible stats here. The grizz have held their opponents under 100 in last 12 games: 11-1 in that period after all star game. We are 11-1 as well after all star game having scored 100+ its last 29/32 games.

Tony Allen and Conley are going to be all over Ty. Really need Gallo to dominate. Imagine this grizz team with Iggy?!?!?!?!?! They would almost impossible to score against.

Karl is going to have to play smart lineups out there. Maybe use this lineup:
    Ty-Iggy-WC-Faried-Gallo (on Gasol)

Don't think it will be smart to play Chandler on Randolph, he is just too much for him to handle.

Denver has to push the pace. Get Memphis tired, create lanes and get as easy points as you can get. Memphis is easily the best half court defense in the league, and without any bad shots, fast breaks will be very few. This tests our halfcourt ability.

Last year we didn't match-up well with them,

Now this year they don't really matchup well with us. Rudy is replaced by Tayshawn, but Rudy was a issue for us

Just curious: The season series between DEN and MEM is 2-1 in favor of DEN. If MEM were to win tonight, how would DEN still have the tiebreaker? Im not saying they wouldnt, but how do we know that? After head to head (which would be tied with a MEM win) then what is the tiebreaker? Better record within the conference?? The season isnt over yet so we couldnt know that.

Im just wondering how you arrived at that.
By the way, I dont think we will have to worry about it as most likely DEN will win tonight anyway. My hope is for a competitive game.

I have incredible respect for GKarl and his team.
