Chris Kelly is out indefinitely with broken tibia

Looks like B's are gonna be without Chris kelly for the rest of the season.

The Bruins announced Wednesday that center Chris Kelly is out indefinitely with a broken left tibia. Kelly suffered the injury on a collision with Ottawa forward Chris Neil Monday night and missed Tuesday’s game.

With Kelly out Tuesday, the Bruins moved Rich Peverley to center with Jay Pandolfo and Jordan Caron on the wings for the third line.

Through 23 games this season, Kelly has two goals and four assists for six points and a minus-6 rating.

Can't deal with Pandolfo getting minutes. Bourque or a trade

I'm thinking Bourque, Spooner OR McDermid until a trade is made...

I agree that Pandolfo is not the guy. He's perfect as a 13th forward that plays 7 or 8 minutes every 5th or 6th game. I really don't wanna see him much more than that!

Agree whole heartedly. Could use Soderberg even more so now.

Tonight should be the perfect game to get Spooner some ACTUAL minutes. He didn't play that much in MTL but Florida?? THEY BLOW, get this kid in there !!

    Spooner-Peverley-Caron

Looks like a decent line, until we acquire a player or two for them.

I'm sure its still gonna be like 6 - 8 minutes if he does play. For whatever reason Julien just doesn't play them a lot until they prove they can produce with little time

Spooner has admitted to being more comfortable playing Center then LW

So what? He's up here for a little bit, hopefully to play a little bit, I doubt he's going to complain playing in an NHL game just b/c he isn't playing center?

If Kelly is a c, and spooner is more comfortable at c why would they not simply put Spooner at c

You have a kid who has 1 NHL game, why wouldn't you put him a center and let him feel more comfortable? Peverley can slide to LW and Caron can stay at RW

oh idc where he plays, just i'd rather see him out there than Jay "i need a walker" Pandolfo....Center, wing, just get him out there.
