I think this trade is better for the Vikings than Seattle. Minny now has 2 1st round picks and doesn't have to overpay for Harvin. I expect them to replace Harvin with Tavon Austin in the 1st round.

If they got Tavon Austin and sign Greg Jennings/Mike Wallace, they come out ahead. Harvin is good, but is always dinged up, granted he does always play. But Harvin is just not worth that $12-16 million a year range of pay. $10 million tops. Originally Posted by ajgmc59

While I understand this is pretty big news and a lot of fans were interested, we do have an "offseason news that isn't thread worthy" kind of thread where you can post about this kind of stuff. It doesn't really relate to the Jets too much.
