Bang On. I would definitely start over with a core of Demar/Ross, Lowry, Jonas and Amir (Maybe Gay with a much more favorable contract). Ross and Demar stay if gay doesnt and if Gay stays, one of the 2 are traded for whatever nets the most.

Trade EVERYONE else for whoever/whatever you can get in terms young prospects or draft picks.

^^ this entails that we indeed fire Colangelo because he wont do it, and I am not happy with Casey at all as a head coach, but would keep him around in a similar role that he had in Dallas (Defensive specialist)

Needed a break from school work...so here

1. Trade Bargnani or Amnesty Bargnani vs Amnesty Kleiza - I vote for Kleiza. There is still a small chance Bargs comes back next year in shape and motivated. Kleiza just doesn't make any sense with this roster.
2. Trade Gay. we should have never traded for him - Well we have him now so we might as well play out next year and see how this works out. Hopefully he works on his foot work and mechanics(he seems to rely on athleticism and feeling it) and gets a consistent shot going or at least a bit of discipline.
3. fire Bryan Colangelo - We are so constrained with the cap situation I'm not sure it matters if he is signed or not...as long as he is banned from offering contracts to free agents or early extentions.
4. fire Casey - I don't like Casey.
5. Lucas is a turd...oh wait he isn't since he made a few threes...oh wait trade him he shoots to much - I don't like Lucas.
