    Breakfast, Lunch, Suppa Thread

I couldnt find the old thread, most likely deleted or something. I just ate a good super so i wanted to let you guys know and so we can restart our ever popular "lunch" thread.

Here it goes. Just now for suppa i had a 16 oz triple chocolate protein shake, to go with that i had a double(2 patties) cheese(1 slice) burger with southwest flavor black bean burgers. Washed it down with a Mountain Berry Blast powerade. mmmm so good.

Why it was not difficult. It only took me 10-15min. to prepare them.
Yesterday night I ate chicken patties and tomato.

Had a cowboy burger and tots last night.

Eating scrambled eggs, with feta and spinach, with salsa, and 2 slices of wheat toast right now
