Raiders expected to release Rolando McClain

    http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com...lando-mcclain/

Surprised no one posted this, since most of here want this toolbox gone as soon as f-ing possible.

Didnt Baltimore offer a 7th? Take that over nothing unless we get more cap space by cutting him.

    I agree.

We'll see how it plays out-regardless, I am extremely happy to see this cancer cut out of our team. Go Reggie Go!

I think the baltimore thing was just a rumor..not to many trades flyin around yet, although i will say he makes a lot of sense for them...but no one is going to absorb his contract guys.so dont expect any trade for him.Once hes cut someone will offer him a pack of double mint and free sneakersand he will take it happily. No need to jump the gun and get held hostage by his cap number.
    STORK WAS RIGHT!
    Mcfadden is useless

we were almost 6 mil under cap, now after cutting RO we will be 2.5 mil under cap if we spread it over 2 years with a nother cap hit of about 4 mill next year...it might be cheaper to keep him. We should petition nfl to not have it count vs cap, since he should be in jail

Shouldnt he be allowed as many years as DHB or Mcfadden before giving up on him? He is young and quite immature right now. I dont think we have seen the best of him just yet.

Although I want to trade McFadden and cut dhb, they were never cancers. McClain is a idiot and the defense improved when we took him out of nickel packages.

Using the word "cancer" to refer to any bad thing about a team or player is classless and tacky.

I think it's too late for a second chance. He took on the HC in public. So, it's not a skill development issue.
The only way I can see it happening is if he sincerely apologized. Based on what he's said, that's not happening.
He doesn't think he's wrong. They're not running child care services. They have too many problems to fix. Especially if he doesn't want to be "fixed".

McClain is a piece of ****.

Many people dying from Cancer and I am sure some few on here have been affected in some way or another with their families is why I said it.

    Like my cousin.

But ok, you do what you gotta do.

I will always be a Raiders fan. I just have class and respect, something you're obviously lacking.

Cutting him might be a good thing for him.

Maybe it will wake him up and realize he has it pretty damn good and should grow up before he loses it.
