Corner Infielder to pair with Youkilis

So, we need a 1B or 3B. I'm a fan of Morneau here (over Huff). He's healthy and, due to the Twins' plans, he could actually be available. I'd love this move.

Love Morneau. Couple problems with that....

1.) Injuries. Can he stay healthy?

2.) At what cost to bring him here?

And I know that it's not THAT big of a deal because of the RF porch, but do we need another lefty?

Thank you Mo! We will forever be grateful for your service to our team not only as a player, but as a person. A living legend. You will forever be in our hearts, and forever be the greatest of all time. Now go get them one last time, Sandman!

If Teix was out all season your idea would make sense...but he is not....what would your plans be when Teix comes back? DH? Then what about Hafner?

We don't need another lefty at all.

I think we need people that can hit. Regardless of them being righties or lefties.

    Come on, an iF of
Cervelli, Johnson, Cano, Nunez, and Youk will be awesome for opening day.

I think Nunez is actually going to turn out to be a very solid hitter. Defensively though, not so sure. Have to wait and see.

It just boggles my mind that we might ACTUALLY be starting Johnson and Cervelli? REALLY? We don't have anyone better?

I would start Romine and Rivera.

I think Youk somewhat rebounds. He gets a lot of hate, but he is just the type of player we need.

Why? We have guys on the roster or kids that could get a shot. Nunez for one, Musteiller Played infield(yes, I spelled it wrong). Keep it in house.
Why do you want to bring on another big contract and give up prospects?
Go with what we have and have some patience.
