I just saw that. It's a sad "what could've been". But I just hope he can lead a normal life.

That sucks. But glad he will be able to have a chance at a normal life outside of baseball. I'm sure he'll find something to excel at outside of the game. Best of luck to him.

It looked like he had an actual chance to play in the minors before the 2nd surgery. It's sad that such a promising career was stolen from him. Hopefully he's ok now and the problem doesn't reoccur again.

A kid with that ceiling, and this outcome? I hope he can move on, but, it's got to suck.

This Totally Sucks. I wish him all the best in whatever he chooses to do and I hope he makes a full recovery.

I think it's pretty evident that will never happen, but hopefully he can live a comfortable life and achieve his goals of going back to school and being involved in baseball operations.

Poor kid, I can remember discussing him way back in the day on PSD. It's unfortunate how it all turned out for him but hopefully he turns this into something positive, like a scouting career or something.

Good luck to him as well. Shame to see such a good prospect cut down so fast as this.
    Favourite Teams:

    Boston Red Sox: 27-17
Indianapolis Colts: Decent draft, no new wide reciever though.
Detroit Pistons: Looking forward to the draft and whoever the new coach will be
Ottawa Senators: Down 2 to 1 to Pittsburgh, Game 4 on Wednesday Night, Game 5 on Friday Night and Game 6 on Sunday Night (If necessary)

    Beautiful:
