If the NFL Redraft were today

If the NFL Redraft were today who would make your top 10?

For those of you with more time and ambition.. how about your entire 1st round (top 32) ?

    Cam #1? No thanks

    1. AP
    2. Rodgers
    3. Calvin
    4. Watt
    5. Willis
    6. Brady
    7. Foster
    8. Revis
    9. JPP
    10. RG3/Luck (can't decide)

Cam would be 12-15 for me. When times were rough early in the season for Carolina, Cam was acting like a diva. Not the guy I'm building my team around at number 1. Especially with the inhuman AP available. If age weren't a factor though, I'd say this....

    1. Brady
    2. Peyton
    3. Rodgers
    4. AP
    5. Calvin
    6. Brees
    7. Foster
    8. Watt
    9. Revis
    10. Willis

Cam was acting like a diva with the media, he hates talking to the media when he loses a game. The dude just wasn't use to losing games. This year he will know how to handle the media, everybody learn from their mistakes, Cam will bounce back i'm not worried.

Peterson should be the only non-QB, LT or DE on this list.
Manchester City - Baltimore Ravens - Baltimore Orioles - Brooklyn Nets

If the NFL Redraft were today

    I wouldn't touch Newton with a 10 foot poll

Andrew Luck would be the first pick when considering age, if you are talking about more than just one year. ESPN had an article similar to this at the end of the season.

Your gm would trade Cutler in a heartbeat if he could get Cam Newton.

They won't get by Miami and they'll be lucky if they can beat Boston. So since you're so high on Rose, I don't see him doing any damage at all come playoff time.

    1. Cam Newton (I'm a homer, but I don't see how he isn't a viable #1 given his age, talent, and continually growing ceiling)
    2. JJ Watt (One man wrecking machine)
    3. Rodgers (He's pushing 30, but should still dominate for at least 5 more years)
    4. Calvin Johnson (He will be one of 3 non QB/DE/OLB/LT due to his dominance of the position)
    5. Joe Thomas (arguably the best LT in the league)
    6. Andrew Luck (I'm not on his bandwagon, but his potential is too high not to be on the list)
    7. Von Miller (I've liked what I've seen so far)
    8. Rob Gronkowski (Some might be shocked, but he's clearly the best TE in the league, and by a lot)
    9. Charles Johnson (Another homer pick, but those who've actually watched him might understand why I put him here. He'll also only be 27 when the season starts)
    10. AP (Sorry, but HB isn't as important as the other positions, plus you have to have a good enough OL for even the best HBs to show their dominance. AP is also 28 and I'll be surprised if he's still playing at a top 5-10 level in 3 years).

I based mine on age, position-value, and the likelihood that the player will still be a dominant player in 4+ years, or they have the potential to become one of the best.

Most don't agree, but I wouldn't take Brady or Manning in the top 20. They're both on the back ends of their careers and most likely will significantly drop off within 3 years. Obviously, that might not happen, but I'd much rather risk the upper picks on younger players.

And then here's a few that I would probably put shortly thereafter, but in no particular order:

    Drew Brees
    Joe Flacco
    Terrell Suggs
    Haloti Gnata
    Demarcus Ware
    Von Miller
    AJ Green
    Pat Willis
    Aldon Smith

Cutler is a career choker, Cam has only been in the NFL for 2years, he has way more potential than Cutler.
