Do you see him being more than a 15/10 guy?
Can he be someone a championship can build around or is he just another piece to the puzzle?

He will get slightly better but not much.Hes a valuable piece but if he can't play along side Drummond than we should trade him.
I think he's a contributing piece, and he's probably pretty near his ceiling. As far as being a guy a team can build around? no.
Thing is that I think we're putting too much pressure on Monroe, we need to pair him with Drummond in the starting lineup ASAP so it'll alleviate some burden off his shoulders, he's a great piece but definitely not a franchise type of player.
I think he can be a solid #2 guy, I just don't think he is a franchise piece. Too many turnovers and the lack of a defensive game hurts him (to be fair he has Max protecting him and that is lolz worthy at best, with Drum coming back he can help erase some defensive mistakes).
AAT: Miguel Cabrera-BA: .376 Hr: 8 RBI: 42
Reached his ceiling? HELL NO. Monroe is a terrible athlete and will eventually become more athletic which was make him a better overall player.
Greg Monroe man where do I begin? So basiscally hes the pistons number one player go to guy on one of the worst teams in the nba, that has jose calderon as his point guard now, is STILL not averaging 20 n 10...
Greg Monroe gave us a little Taste tonight of how valuable he'll be in a 7 game series against nba playoff teams. He had 24 hours to learn a team from a bad loss the night before n he still can't play well against them. I said it a longgggg time ago, this guy in a seven game series greg will have all his weak areas shown. Back to back games against the pacers n now I know for sure what I'm getting with this guy. Not much.
Royce White better than Anthony Davis
Scottie... "Drummond sucks"
I'm 99% sure you don't like me, but I'm 100% sure I dont give a f u k

Not to be a hater, but I've believed this for some time. Monroe lacks athletic ability while also being a complete liability on the defensive end. Once drummond is inserted into the starting lineup he will be able to cover but why the hell would we want that in our system?
People laughed at the thought of us trading Monroe for someone like Cousins but to me that's crazy. Drummond is clearly the future centre of our team leaving Monroe as our Pf but if he can't adapt he becomes spare change. I agree he can still improve but I agree with the op that Monroe has reached his ceiling. Personally I say we trade him in the summer
Monroe is a legit building block I see him as & 15-20pt 10reb & 5apg type guy...this is only his 3rd yr and his last 10gms I think he's avg 18pts & 11rebs. Did people forget he has to play with the worst starting pf in the league maxiell who had a total of 3rebs in 3 games those are atrocious numbers, Monroe can't do it all by his self. He is basically out there alone because maxiell is a non factor, Drummond will make up for whatever deficiencies moose has on the defensive end. When Drummond is in the game opposing defenses can't leave or cheat on drummond & if they do it will be lob city all day long. So I'm not worried about moose he has some of the best post moves in the nba & can pass like a pg. You don't find big man like that on a regular basis the dudes a beast & a legitimate triple dbl threat on any given night. Moose will be fine when Drummond finally starts I have no worries about him at all & he hasn't hit his ceiling at all. We have no legit sg & Singler is nice but still don't think he is a starting sf in this league.

Drummond will make Monroe better. Their skills compliment each other.
Ha y'all are funny.

No.
His per game stats might not get much better, he might average 18 and 10 but he can definitely become a better player. I think he will improve his defense, jumpshot, and cut down on his turnovers. He hasn't even played 3 full seasons yet. How about we give him a few more seasons?
And for those of you that only care about points and rebounds, hes 1 of 10 players in the NBA averaging at least 15 points and 9 rebounds. NOBODY in the NBA is averaging 20 & 10 rebounds.
And like a couple others have said, Monroe will be a better player just by playing with Drummond.
