    Carl Landry

Has he lost his confidence? He started so strong, and has faded drastically. He seems to really struggle against longer, taller players. He was a key to our success in the first half and his struggles reflect our team struggles of late. What's going on with him?

    Don't know..

What I do know is that last week people were saying we shouldn't trade for Milsapp because we have Landry, and because there wouldn't be room for Milsapp in the rotation lol

Landry will be fine. He played over his head and is regressing to the mean. He will fall back in the middle somewhere.

Gotta believe he'll get back to his old form. There just aren't enough minutes in the front-court to go around. But Landry and Lee are very similar players. Their both undersized, can't defend well, and their both average rebounders. I wouldn't mind putting Landry on the block to see if we could get an athletic defensive presence behind Lee.

Remember when Mibs wanted to bench Lee and start Landry in week 1.

Honestly Lee frustrates me. If you watch him on defense, he never ever goes vertical. Which tells me he's worried about his rebounding more than anything.

Yup. But anyways I think if we could Milsapp then that makes Landry expendable. Though I'm not sure the Jazz and Warriors are doing deals any time soon

You think he tries to pad rebounds?

Some Knicks fans I know used to call him stat pad Lee.

Yea I know it's his stereotype to be a stat padder, but I thought he shook that this season.

If we had Millsap coming off the bench that'd be great. Or even starting him at 4 with David at 5 and Bogut coming off the bench. We need a rebounder/defender right now with the way we've been struggling as of late.

Lee is more than an average rebounder. The thought that he is average is ridiculous. The guy is undersized and has been a 20 and 10 monster. As for Landry there are a few things with him. When he gets the ball on the block he never passes. He has 2 moves either a pump fake on an up and under or he takes the 15 footer. He is a limited player. But for his role he is fine.

Monta is high super high on the team or super down. He hasn't said any accurate statement for a while now.

I am sure he would be willing to come back though.
