It has come to that point in the year.. Do we pull for an 8th seed or hope for improvement with the youngin's while losing

I can understand back to backs when the teams aren't far apart. but playing at Miami (after a long road trip already) then half way across the country to NO?

their play lately makes me wonder if someone made a decision to start tanking. For one the bench has been getting more minutes. but also there has been a lack of defense. It could just be fatigue, but with one of the youngest teams in the league, that seems a little unlikely.

if meyers leonard ever gets some strength and post moves, he would be awesome considering he can hit free throws.

Actually it's more likely that the younger player's are fatigued, with the amount of games they have played in the nba it's already more then what they would play in a college season. Plus a lot of starters are probably worn because of the amount of minutes played.

true. I forgot that. Plus athletic peak happens around 25-30 so younger isn't always better.

I honestly think we had been overachieving this whole year. Which was a lot of fun. i also have no doubt we will have our moments after the ASW.However, all this is, is a regression to the mean. We overachieve for some time, now we are underachieving, balancing out to where we should be. I dont see us being a .500 team, i am thinking 38-44 give or take two games. Which i would be happy with. A fun year, competitive and a lotto pick.

Now to watch Lillard in Allstar weekend...Hope he starts next to Irving instead of off the bench.

He was picked #1... i think he will start.

Chuck is an absolute idiot with his picks. If i was shaq i would go small with Drummond being out.

    PG Irving
    SG Lillard
    SF Thompson
    PF Barnes
    C Zeller

UPDATE: Had i taken in to account no one tries... I would have realized Faried and Leonard are on chucks team and not been so sure of Shaq.. Still say with a healthy drummond and both teams trying, Shaq wouldve won by 30+.
