5 for 7 at the 3-point line deep into the 1st.
Defense is... not exactly there in this shooting spree so far.
Douglas just escorted to the locker-room.. looks like he pulled something pretty badly.
LMA is having his way with our defense too =/

How awesome is Harden?

They're all looking good right now and Asik is 1 point from a double-double.
Good guys will win if they hold up the next 4 minutes.
Really important win tonight. 2 games ahead of Portland now. Everybody played just well, Harden was a beast, Patterson took over in the 3rd, Asik, Lin and Parsons were all really solid. It's good to have Delfino back and I really like that dude Aldrich, he should be in the rotation. Amzing 59% from the floor and only 10 TOs. Houston 7 wins in the last 10 games, after that horrible 7-game losing streak.

Solid... that's what tonight's win was.
I hope Douglas' hip pointer isn't too serious.
Oh yeah almost forgot Douglas was hurt, hope he is OK. But if he isn't and miss some games, I like that kid Beverley.

I went to the Rockets game last night. It was my first one in over a decade. And I loved every minute of it. Harden was un****ingbelievable. It was like the Blazers had no freaking clue how to clog the lane against he, Lin and Parsons. And I was stunned with how well the overall starting five played, in general. Patterson was throwing down huge dunks all night, Lin was getting to the rim and hitting perimeter shots and Parsons was doing a little bit of everything.
As Edu said, I thought Aldrich played well, but I also think Alridge and Hickson had their way with him offensively. Then again, nobody did a good job defensively against Aldridge last night, and it took until midway through the third quarter before Asik realized to put a hand in his face when he shoots 15-footers.
And while the seats weren't super great, it didn't matter, because I could pretty much see the entire floor from the stands. It was a struggle not to want to watch the huge scoreboard, but after a while, you realize how much more you can really see when you're at the game. It's easier to see how Harden pushes in transition to penetrate defenses. It's easier to see where holes were in the Rockets defense.
All and all, a phenomenal night, and my girlfriend seemed to have a good time. I would certainly do it again if there was another weekend game and I had the cash available.

If I didn't work nights and we lived closer to downtown, as opposed to the Island, we would probably have bought season tickets by now. Cheap season tickets.
aldridge is so good. his defense is suspect, but cant deny the guy gets his way with the ball in his hands.
IMO the "Rockets Family Night" packages are the best bang for the buck for those of us that like getting a good deal. 4/tix/4 drinks/4 hot dogs/2 souvenirs starting at 69 bucks. i usually end up paying in the 90 dollar range because they seem to go fast at the cheaper prices obviously. upper bowl, not the greatest but you still have a good view of the court.
"If I had to pick a center [for an all-time best team], I would take Olajuwon. That leaves out Shaq, Patrick Ewing. It leaves out Wilt Chamberlain. It leaves out a lot of people. And the reason I would take Olajuwon is very simple: he is so versatile. It's not just his scoring, not just his rebounding or not just his blocked shots. He was in the top seven in steals. He always made great decisions on the court. For all facets of the game, I have to give it to him." -Michael Jordan
