Well we won last time we played them...hope we can repeat. We won't have the advantage of being rested this time though

This game scares the piss out of me. 2 straight bad loses and St. Louis is fresh of a 6-1 beat down at the hands of Nashville.

Elliott let 4 goals in on 11 shots and Allen let 2 in on 8 shots against the Preds. Anyone want to bet Elliott will be a wall when we play them? Halak should still be out.

    ok....

When did LFLoL learn how to make crazy game threads? He used to steal mine when the Jays played the Tigers....

Seriously though, good job bro. Keep up the good work

Thus early in the "season" the Wings are sure showing they are every bit the the team that squeaked into the playoffs last year.

Sorry to spam, but that video of Yzerman sure brings back a flood of memories. This particular game shaved 10 games off my life lol!

Yzerman was the man, but seeing Osgood do this **** was incredible.

Gretz was the last man to touch the puck before Stevie Y.

The same lineup will be in for Thursday's game. Tatar will start on the 3rd line and Babcock has not decided who will be in goal. I'm thinking it needs to be Howard. If Babcock wanted to give Howard a break, he should have done it against the Jackets, or the Flames. You know the teams, we were suppose to beat.

This. Awful decision making by Babcock if he's going to sit Howard tonight.

I just noticed that the game is tomorrow, not tonight. LFLOL put it as today. I blame the Wings for this.

Both teams coming off embarassing losses, it's gonna come down to who wants it more. We need to play waaaaaaay better. I'm sick of the D and the 3/4 lines. Howard needs a rest. He's getting burnt out IMO.

I agree but I think Howard is our best chance against the Blues. Hopefully, Elliott will play like he did against the Preds, then this should be a relatively easy win.
