You basically pick a team and do everything the GM would basically do for an offseason. Sign, release, work RFA's and UFAs. Draft. Trade.

Thanks for that; that was what I thought. It makes sense; just seems like too much to me. If I was The MDs I could easily get through FA and trading & releasing and such; but then 7-rds. of The Draft. I just could never keep up with all The NCAA Draft-able Players.

Yeah it takes quite a bit of time. I don't suggest it unless you can truly be dedicated to it all. Great learning experience though.
