    Broyles starts running in pool

It’s been a little more than two months since Lions wide receiver Ryan Broyles tore the ACL in his right knee, but his rehab is already picking up steam.

Broyles tweeted a picture of him in a running pool at Lions headquarters, kicking off his second straight year spent recovering from the same injury. Broyles came into the league after tearing his left ACL during his final season at Oklahoma, something he thinks will help him make an easier recovery this time around.

“Going through the process last time with the injury that I had I understand what I have to do this time to come back,” Broyles said, via the Lions website. “I’m looking forward to the challenge. I’m always up for it. Definitely shooting for Week One.”

Broyles said last month that he wanted to pick Adrian Peterson’s brain for information about how he made such a successful recovery from his own torn ACL. Whether he’s heard from his fellow Sooner product or not, his comeback seems to be going well thus far.

He will, but our organization will probably put him on the PUP.

With the advances in medicine and how strong athletes have become I say there is a good chance he could be back by then.

He will probably be ready but shouldn't play yet.

Whether he is or isn't, I hope they go into the draft figuring he will be.
