congrats to you guys. i am a pats fan and i was saying prior to that game that the ravens D wasn't good enough and the whole ray lewis retirement thing to hype up his team was overrated. i was so wrong. now let's hope ed reed will come to new england wink wink.......congrats though, there was no team more deserving than the ravens

"It's a chess match because he understands every coverage, he understands every defense. And if you give it away too early, then the game is like checkers for him. He plays it how he wants to play it. ... And that's what makes it frustrating playing against him. He always finds those mismatches."

Congrats guys. As Saints fans, we were rooting for you hard to beat San Fran. Glad to see you do it with our city in the spotlight as well.

We did it fellas! one of the mentally toughest teams i've ever seen! all we endured and to still be the league's best team is special. Scary thing is i think we'll be better next season.

The absolute heartbreak of last year's AFC-CG.
Terrell Suggs tearing his Achilles in the off-season and landing on the PUP list.
    The passing of Art Modell.
The passing of Torrey Smith's brother.
The loss of Ray Lewis for 10 weeks of the regular season.
The loss of Lardarius Webb, arguably a top 5 CB in the LEAGUE, early in the season.
Losing Jameel McClain & Dannell Ellerbe for a stretch.
Having Ngata playing on a bum shoulder & partially torn MCL for most of the season.
Losing Pollard & Jimmy Smith for a small stretch.
The firing of Cam Cameron and having Jim Caldwell, who has never been an offensive playcaller in the NFL be promoted to offensive coordinator.
Ray Lewis's announcement that this would be his last ride.
Shifting around the majority of our offensive line for the first week of the post-season.
& last but not least, being considered major underdogs against Denver, New England, and San Francisco in each of those games.

We overcame all of this fellas.

Our men of honor, our band of brothers, our gladiators of the gridiron overcame and bonded together through all of this to give us fans one of the most magical post-seasons ever in the history of the NFL.

To say I'm elated, to say I'm excited, to say I'm happy, to say I'm jubilant, to say I'm ecstatic, to say all of that would even fall short over the joy, pride, and just being so proud of these men.

I can't say I've felt this type of joy much in my life, but this Super Bowl has made me experience a true joy that is rare in life.

And with all of that said,

    IT'S RAVENS NATION BABY!
STAND UP & CELEBRATE BECAUSE WE ARE THE SUPER BOWL CHAMPS BABY!
