    Clippers interested in Garnett

    @seandeveney
    Sources tell Sporting News that the #Clippers have contacted the #Celtics about Kevin Garnett. Offer would include Caron Butler and Bledsoe.
    Makes sense, Clippers want to win now, but Bledsoe and Butler would be a huge cost.

    They know they have no ability to keep Bledsoe, and Butler sucks. That would be great for the Clippers for the short term, and long term. The Celtics would get a replacement for Rondo for the year, but by getting rid of KG, their playoff chances die. Not sure why they would do it.

    If you want the ultimate, you've got to be willing to pay the ultimate price. It's not tragic to die doing what you love.

    I'm pretty sure Garnett would be all for it if it meant winning a title. He has a No-Trade-Clause though, but he can be traded only if he agrees to it.
