he's improved his jumpshot, and he's still damn young since he was the last guy to come out straight from highschool

followed this guy since his days in detroit, was thrilled that we picked him up in exchange for a chucker in Delfino. glad he is getting the opportunity now

I will admit i was one of the guys who wanted him gone and boy was a wrong. This guy has been unbelieveable for us. He has really stepped up and taking his spot on this team. Hope he keeps it up. I have really enjoyed watching him.

I think it's way to soon to determine whether he is the PF of the future, but he definitely deserves a chance at it. He's never got consistent starter's minutes, it's about time we dedicate that to him from now on.

I only thought he was overpaid cuz we have Ed Davis on the team. They essentially filled the same void.

It's not an indictment of Ross as much as it is an indictment of Bryan's team building abilities. Ross has great upside but with the addition of Gay his role has greatly diminished, whereas a bruising athletic C would have been a great fit for our team at this present time. I just find it ironic that Ross was drafted because he was a better "fit".

There will be nights when we'll need Ross to stretch the floor with Derozan or Rudy on the wing. He's a good compliment to both players and I think there will be ample opportunities for him to get on the floor. Eventually taking Anderson's role IMO.

One thing that I liked about the trade is that it has opened up the spot for Amir to get a chance. Don't understand how people think he is best as a bench player, he'll be just fine as a starter. The only thing that has really held him back from a more significant role is the 'depth' on the roster at the big positions so minutes were split which didn't allow any of the players to really develope as a starter.

Amir is the reason I didn't have as much of a problem with seeing Davis go as others..

I'd like to see what Bargs can do off the bench. I think he would be a great back up for Amir. I don't really think we need to focus on a forward when we clearly need to target a back up pg.
