I personally have a feeling this J-Rich injury is going to linger more/be more of a problem than a lot of people realize. The fact that he had to fly out to Colorado to see a known microfracture specialist this past week to get a second opinion, and the fact that the Sixers are being so hush hush about it really worries me.

To those who are projecting him in their startig lineups - I'm not sure I would count on him for being a starter anytime soon, or even again this season. But I don't know anything more than you guys, I just have a bad feeling about it.

I agree. Until proven otherwise I think Swaggy will remain the starter in the short term even after Bynum/JRich returns. Starting JRich doesn't matter at this point for the organization. There is no way to pump up his trade value right now. Swaggy is the better defender. And unless the half court offense starts running mostly through Bynum in the low post right off the bat, Swaggy is also a better offensive option right now.

I hope he hurries back. He's probably the fifth best player on the team.

When Bynum is Back: Who Starts?

If u include bynum, i have him at 6th but u could then argue that hawes and lavoy are both better contributors.

I really wish we didn't trade Nik Vucevic in the Bynum deal. Would have been a perfect stretch 4 next to Bynum with size. Harkless looking good too. That trade may really bite us in a few years.

Problem is that hes our 3rd best shooting guard.... Also making him our worst shooting guard...... So if we could move him for any player at any other position (even with similar contract/ years) of a similar tierosition ratio, then we should, would be an upgrade for us.

I hate that ET has to start/play. It should be Young and Wright. Surround the big man with snipers. And Thad obviously continues to start at the 4. I don't see how you can bench him.
