Jordan Hill- Tradebait or longterm keeper?

Jordan Hill is our best player off the bench..He's also our best trade asset...
The emergence of Earl Clark makes him expendable IMO...
This is our best chance of acquiring a good talent by the trade deadline...
Jordan Hill plus pieces would get us a very good player...
It would have to be to a team that isn't contending this year obviously and could wait until 2014...
ie; Char, Phoe, Det, Tor etc...
I'm wondering what's the consensus on Hill's future from our fans...

Since the emergence of the Clark Knight I'd say tradebait

Trade gasol and keep Clark and hill. Hill is a better defensive player than pau and also this season hill proves that he's a better shooter than pau also.

I'd much rather get rid of Gasol than Hill. Hill is always consistent when he is on the floor. Just wish he would stop getting hurt.

Well Hill and Clark are nearly identical players but two things stand out to me. Earl is an infinitely better ballhandler and his range extends to the 3. Hill may be a better rebounder but Clark brings more oomph for the future - a much broader base of potwntial.

There are pros and cons to both:

Hill's trade value is probably never been higher even thoug he is injured, Just based upon his performance in limited duty and what he did in the playoffs last season. However, That's just it....He has been a bright spot in otherwise a slow period in Laker history. And could serve as a very vital role player going forward. However there seems to be the injury bug that has bitten him a few times just in the short time he has been here. I like the energy that Clark and Hill bring, So if it was up to me I would keep them both and make them into vital players going forward.

I say keep J Hill, he's a GREAT role player plus we won't get much for him right now anyway because of the injury he has..

    Your baby can't do this

id say trade bait except hes hurt, i dont think wed get near value for him, if clark and hill keep grooming there skills and keep working hard think of a potential starting front court of howard-hill-clark ... could be a very tough front court

Everybody is trade bait if they can bring back more than what they offer. Nobody should be untouchable.

I like both, but Clark can play the floor and score. Hill brings energy and rebounding...but who knows if that will return after his injury.

Trade Hill+Duhon for a Jamal Crawford type player off the bench.
