    Both. He's not good enough to retire his number, and he's a bad guy for enough reasons besides the DUI.

    He pretty much ruined a generation of Cubs prospects teaching them how to party before day games.

    he didnt force them to party cant blame him for that. They are big boys they can make their own choices.

    It's not a question of punishing him, but whether or not to honor him. He was good, but he wasn't number retirement good. And he hasn't done himself any favors with his behavior, during his career or after.

    That was Cubs management that ruined a generation of Cubs prospects with awful drafting. They didn't have anyone relevant in those years other than Kerry Wood.

    The only thing you can blame on Grace is Brenly leaving. If Grace wouldn't have gotten his second DUI he wouldn't have been fired and Brenly would still be here.
