I noticed my hair was thinning started using this about a month ago. Just recently read some frikkin crazy *** scary side effects online. Anyone use this? got any tips or suggestions?

Yep my hair started thinning around 30 so shaved it, thought about Rogaine but why fight it unless your head is shaped like a egg or something??

I heard you can use some vitamins that promote hair growth. Think its called Biotin or something. Only problem is that it promotes hair growth, everywhere
