Every player has flaws and thats one of his biggest flaws. I'm not that worried about it to be honest. We watched Big Ben be one of the worst FT shooters of all time so we're used to it.
Hell, yesterday ESPN had 2 insiders about Drummond. One comparing him to Dwight Howard and the other comparing him to Shaq. If his FT shooting is the only thing people can bash him for, awesome.
