I'm not trying to put it all on him either. But there are times where a big team like this just kills us and he needs to fix it. Instead he thinks its all going to just be ok. Sometimes being a coach is know when what you like to use just doesn't work and you find something that does.

Cole plays pretty good on ball defense, but I agree, he needs to prove that he can run a fluid/efficient offense before he earns some minutes. Everything seems to go to hell once he starts chucking 3s or turning the ball over. But nevertheless, he's our backup PG and there's no excuse why this team is losing games.
