Great video and inspiring to be sure. This and another originated from the Cubs convention. They were posted in that thread but were buried in there tbh. Everyone should give these a watch if for no other reason than for the warm fuzzies in cold late January/ early February. Pitchers and catchers anyone?

David DeJesus seems so excited in that video. It almost makes me feel sorry for him. Does he (or anyone else for that matter) think he's still going to be around when the Cubs are good?

Nope.

Tell you what, anyone who's been on here devaluing the idea of a "core"; Epstein and Hoyer would like to have a word with you. That stuff at the end about how a player will come up through the minors, overcome adversity yada to stick with the club for years so fans can connect with them, that's core right there, and it seems like they value it pretty highly.

OK in the other video around 4:18 in the conference room scene..I see 4 people, but I only know 3 of them...Hoyer, Theo, and Jason McLeod ...who's the 4th guy?
