The refs don't hate the Raps, they just don't care much. The worst is when Toronto is playing a bad team, some refs look so bored and only blow the whistle when they feel like it. It's like they think they are worth more than the players and don't feel the need to bring their "A" game unless there are better teams involved.

Yah but a lot of the residual income stays in Canada. There's a whole xenophobic/isolationist argument you can make for why the NBA doesn't like the Raptors.
