The best thing you could do is watch a bunch of different teams and then just see which one you naturally find yourself supporting.

Or you could just go with the "Pelicans"

I'd have to say the Lakers, they have this guy Kobe Bryant who is known for his passing ability, and really don't have any superstars

If you want to support a good team I'd say you go with Wizards, Magic, Bobcats, Suns, or Cavs. If you like supporting the underdogs I'd say you go with Heat, Thunder, Spurs, Clippers, or Knicks.

A good passer: Kobe. He's arguably the best passer in the game now.
A young side: The Lakers. They drafted Andrew Bynum once; he was the youngest player EVER in the NBA. Kobe Bryant was the third youngest player EVER when he debuted for LA. So much youth!
No superstars: The Lakers. This is a team right here...it's one for all and all for one.

Everyone is a Lakers fan; you can too!

As for rooting for multiple teams...root for the Lakers and only the Lakers until they are no good and then root for another good team. They'll be good forever because they're the Lakers so don't worry.
I no longer care about anything here except for the Entertainment Forum, which sucks; the Music forum, which sucks; and the Magic forum, which does NOT suck.

    Love y'all!

    Except for all of y'all.

If you like good passing, you should pass on the Kings.

Maybe Minnesota? They have a couple of good, young PGs. Rubio especially is good at passing. Kevin Love may be too big of a star than you're looking for though I suppose.

If you live in the states, it's always easiest to support the team located nearest to your city.
But as someone mentioned above, just watch some games that way it comes naturally.

Since your uncle is from the Dominican...

Al Hortford is from there. Cheer for the Atlanta Hawks.

And by the way, those pants, they belong to my dad.And they're not really pants,
    they're Lederhosen
