The crazy thing is that he's not just good at it. He's super, super elite at it. Among Small Forwards that play 20+ minutes per game (and at least 20 minutes), Jimmy would rank 3rd in offensive rebounding rate. Kenneth Faried and Shawn Marion are the only people that would rank above him. And seeing as he may very well end up playing the 2 for significant minutes, he'd be by far the best ORB 2 in basketball.
