So wait, serious question. Would Jets fans really prefer a QB in FA... There is not a franchise guy out there or one with even the slightest bit of potential to be one currently. You could grab one via the draft but spending a 2nd round pick on a QB isn't a wise choice IMO. You could trade for someone (Flynn, Mallet, etc) or you could sign a former #1 pick to a cheap contract. I honestly think going with JRuss isn't a bad idea... so if he sucks *** you just cut him, but if, IF, (Big If I Kno) he somehow turns it around and looks like the guy who was picked #1 then... well.. yeah its worth a chance.

Rex Ryan wants Jamarcus Russell on the team so that when he stands next to him, he looks skinnier.

Not sign Sanchez to a terrible contract, not conduct themselves like a bunch of attention hungry clowns, look into Jamarcus Russell, Tim Tebow.... Should I go on or does that satisfy you?

And after all those things you've stated, Mark Sanchez has more playoff wins that Matt Ryan. Keep trying son.

Yeah because I'm sure you'd rather have Mark Sanchez over Matt Ryan right?

Mark Sanchez still sucks and Matt Ryan is still 2x the QB. How many playoff wins his team had during his **** career that is over as a starter doesn't matter.

    Good try.

But that point was laughably bad. Means absolutely nothing and is so typical Jet fan rhetoric.

Even with that he's still not half the qb Ryan is. Sanchez will be lucky to ever start a NFL game again while Ryan will be starting for years. Something tells me Sanchez would trade a couple playoff wins to actually be a qb on Ryans level
