want to see him come in and win the jets a super bowl in his first year back!
Looks like it was a rehash from an old article.
Ugh god dammit this better be ********.....though how funny would it be if he came back and played like the star some thought he would be.
The Jets sure do love ****** Qb's

And that's where the discussion stops. If this guy isn't even serious about a comeback to get his weight right before anything else......it's an immediate no. It would take a lack of sanity to be a yes anyway IMO.Russell is reportedly 305 lbs right now
I heard jamarcus russell has some nice feet
Winning is not a sometime thing; it's an all time thing. You don't win once in a while, you don't do things right once in a while, you do them right all the time. Winning is habit. Unfortunately, so is losing. - Vince Lombardi

No surprise that this story was blown up for no reason. It's the Jets so basically pile onto the circus atmosphere with a bogus story and exaggerate. They had "very informal" talks about it and have no interest according to one of the team's beat writers.
Quite frankly, I think all teams should have "very informal" discussions about a first round overall talent who's biggest downfall was lack of motivation... especially when you consider that he's broke and needs money... kind of something to get motivated about. Not saying the Jets should do it, not saying any team should. But its something worth looking at.
