They tried, but 434 days were thrown down the drain when this past Sunday when a part time wrestler took the title.

its a huge slap in the face to the current roster that rock can disappear for 8 years, so up for a totla of like 3 months the last 14 or 15 months and beat the face of the company and then end the longest title reign of the modern era. pretty much says the current roster is ****

Don't worry, Vince isn't stupid. He is a businessman before anything.

The only reason he let Rock win last year and let him win the title this year was to put Cena over big. Cena is going to beat the Rock clean, which will probably be the start of the biggest push of his career (and that is saying something). Rock knows this too and agreed to it so he could win in MIA.

The reason Rock won the title is because he's the Rock. Not to put Cena over. That'll happen, but that's a completely separate issue.

This payoff has been in the works for a long time. Their have been rumors of another Rock/Cena match since before last years's WM, and at one point, WM was supposedly going to have Cena/Rock for the title.

Cena was always the guy who would beat Rock in the end which makes it related.

I know for a fact last year you where all on board Rock coming in and beating Cena... He has been the face of the company the last 7 years... But yet you said that was great that Rock beat him. Now he beats a HEEL that was champ for a year plus and your all up in arms?

And it will also be of the start of the era of IWC *****ing and crying Cena gets handed everything

Wrestlers normally go till there around 40 so figure most of those guys still have 5-10 years left. As for Swagger I do like him because of his in-ring work but he can not speak ont he mic what so ever... He has been on the main roster for 5/6 years now and yet asn't approved what so ever on the mic either... They tried to stick him with Dolph like they are doing with Langston and he even did bad at that. And Idk if your new to wwe or something but Swagger was actually champ on Smackdown for a few months

yeah that was when he was new to wwe right? kinda like what they did to sheamus. yeah i hear you about his atroticuous mike skills... they even tried pairing him up with a manager (vicki, i think) lol its a shame really, swagger's in ring performance is very solid.

    such a waste tsk tsk.
