    You know what fans also don't like? The lack of in-game technology to get critical calls right.

    Sure manager tirades are fun and all, but they also aren't the difference between winning and losing a ballgame (usually).

    Once the pitcher has left the rubber, the pitcher is live, and so are the runners. If they aren't on base, they are eligible to be thrown out.
