Hopefully we can get a couple of points at least on this roadtrip. With the way we've struggled in the division in the last couple of years this trip could be devastating. We need wins.

Ya, those points will be very important. Tonight's going to be pretty tough, with Landeskog out.

Yep, and Landeskog is out indefinitely so who knows when he'll even be back.

Sacco seriously needs to work on discipline and PK during practices from now on. We keep killing ourselves with these penalties....

That's now seven goals scored on us in five games while on the penalty kill.

The PK is just atrocious and no one wants to score. We've got some major problems.

No kidding. These games are just horrible to watch. I've almost come to expect a goal for the other team every time we're on the PK.

I watched the game on fast forward after the 1st goal. It almost became unwatchable, fortunately the Nuggets were on too.

Ohh my god, this is just PAINFUL to watch... We can't even capitalize on these 5 on 3 situations we're getting. Best thing: Our PK is better tonight.

This could be a long season. We have no depth, the PK is bad, our payroll is tiny, and IMO our coach sucks. This all adds up to a long, bad season.

Oh Sacco is horrible. He took a team that was constantly in the play-offs, to a team that hasn't made the play-offs in three years. He also can never decide on what lines to put out and constantly changes them, never allowing chemistry to develop, along with his calling-up/sending-down methods to the AHL.

Look at Brad Malone, he gets called up for one game, then sent back down to call up Sgarbossa. Another problem is he scratches players that make no sense, see Shane O'Brien and starts worse ones over them.

He is overall a bad coach and needs to leave... Along with our GM Sherman...

Couldn't agree more. The Avs just aren't business savvy. It's seems that they are more concerned with making and keeping friends instead of winning hockey games.

John Mitchell has been a solid acquisition. Avs are actually tied.
