Our problem is defense. I think with Kobe being more of a distributor it allows everyone else to get more in an offensive rhythm. And when you have things going on offense, you play harder on defense. Players feed off the energy they're getting from the offensive end.

You and GailGoodrich have been saying for the entire season that this is what he should be doing for this team to win. He is now doing it.
Pau needs to come off the bench to give the team the best shot at making the playoffs and progressing as far as possible (I don't know how far that it, but I guess we'll see).

If your team is winning then minutes shouldn't matter, especially when you're at this point in your career. And i believe Pau will begin to embrace his role if the lakers continue to win. Even if that mean playing 15 minutes a game. Its simple, STFU about minutes or stats if your team is doing well.

Pau should just be a team player. I never expected him as a professional to act like this. It's pretty sad. If he wants out, then fine.
