After the initial disappointment, one of my first thoughts was he better work on those free throws

Yup & that mid range jumper ha he'd be more deadly with a offense game. Boston would be hard to beat

There have been plenty of times in the NFL when a player tore his ACL and didn't even realize it until later in the week (and sometimes they hyperextend and tear the ACL, and still come back and play like nothing happened, and then get diagnosed afterwards). You don't always feel it...

not to pounce while you're down, but would you be willing to entertain a trade of Al Jefferson or Millsap + something (like Burks) for Rondo and a crappy contract of yours? The Jazz need a long-term pg and it seems that you need some talented size.

We've played better without him. No skin off my teeth.

Everyone's about to see how talented Bradley/Lee/Terry/Barbosa can be.

Back to team ball, and it's going to work. Watch.

Sucks about Rondo. Does this make a trade more or less probable?

I'm shocked. Saw this on NBA.com. First thought: "What? No way."

This sucks. I think Celtics can still make the playoffs, but they won't get far without Rondo.

Dang that's awful news. I'm a Lakers fan but I always hate hearing about players on any team going down like that. Hope his rehab goes well and that he's back on the court soon

to be honest i like rondo but hes just a stat padder.. i think the offense moves better without him.. but now we have to tweak the roster get rid of the jump shooting and attack the basket more
