Watching a recorded version of the game. This may be the worst hockey I have seen all season...from both teams. I am through 2 periods now, hopefully the pace picks up in the third.

Possibly the most lackadaisical game I have ever seen from a Wild team. That was awful. Nothing was working, no one seemed to care, no one seemed to amp the team up. Our only goal, though it was a good shot, was a fluke. Honestly, one of the worst efforts I have ever seen.

To clarify what I mean by our only goal being a good shot, but being a fluke...Scandella had an open shot at the goal where he unloaded and it went in...usually you see D men take shots like that when they are open, just to get a shot on the goal and hope for a big rebound chance, but the shot is usually blocked by the goalie 99% of the time.
Just a terrible game. Pretty upset I watched the whole thing. Honestly, nothing positive to take at all from it...literally, I am trying to think of something positive, and there is nothing, except that Backstrom played okay..
