Do you have a favorite Ex Bruin who was traded by the B's or left via Free Agency?

I thought this would be discussion. For me i had a few favorites from the past that i wish the B's could bring back.

My favorite Ex Bruins that was traded or Left via FA was Brad Boyes man he could score! But when we traded him to the blues for Wideman in 07 i was kinda disappointed. and seeing Wideman playing here & then seeing Boyes becoming a good role player in STL back then it made me sick lol.

but i can't complain now since we traded Wideman for Horton & Campbell lol

Definitely Joe Thornton. I was devastated when we traded him.

This is kind of a weird one but I'm going with Joe Juneau. I started watching him play in college at RPI since it was in my hometown. He came to Boston about the same time I moved there and I was stoked to get to see him play for the B's. Then they traded him for Al Iafrate, which didn't really pan out. His numbers were never as good with the Caps as they had been with the B's (playing with Neely and Oates probably didn't hurt). Would have liked to see what he could have done with a few more seasons in Boston.

For me it was probably Vladdy Sobotka. There was no room for him on the roster so it wasnt surprising that he was traded, still loved the way he played

Out of the names not said, I really liked Glen Murray. Then again I guess he wouldn't count because he was released.

If we're talking strictly traded or not signed and still in the league: Wideman, Ryder, Jumbo, Gill

I miss PJ, would have loved to have had him around when we won the cup, I wonder if he is still playing in Europe?

Personally Thornton. Grew up in the same town he did, with his parents living just down the street from me. Nice to say your favourite player plays for your favourite team (which I'm sure most of us can). And that season he had with the Bruins/Sharks. Not to mention his season so far....

Just hard to see him with the Sharks now...
