Our best line-up this season has been Hinrich, Butler, Deng, Gibson, and Noah. Last time I checked the group had a +/- of 25 (I know it's a generally terrible stat, but still) and a defensive rating of 78. I'd explore trading Deng, but just swapping him for Mayo or Ellis isn't good enough. As of right now, Butler and Beli should get more minutes with Rip's minutes going down IMO.

The bulls dont NEED To move deng ..but the bulls do NEED one more piece to win & deng is looking expendable BECAUSE of the emergence of butler .. Hes not saying deng is bad so look to dump him..

Obviously you make a trade to get better.. So therefore deng is tradeable.. Because obvs it improves our team..

If moving deng got us something like a kevin love or eric gordon then off he goes..

-Chicago gets : Oj mayo Corey Brewer & Timofey Mozgov
-Denver gets : luol deng chris kaman & rip hamilton "maybe pick only if needed"
-Dallas gets : javale mcgee & wilson chandler

Chicago gets probably the best suited 2 guard for this bulls team imho because he isn't afraid to create , can shoot from 3 at a high % , isnt a undersized guard, plays defense, can score in the clutch & best of all isn't a ball stopper at all he can really pass..
Also they get a backup for jimmy butler that also plays like him a bit so he fits & get a really solid backup for noah

Denver gets a huge expiring in kaman.. They complete their wing with iggy & luol.. Two guys who fit the george karl way .. And get away from a player whose taking a lot of money and not doing nothing for them in mcgee..
Maybe they get a pick as a sweetener and they can also buyout rip for more space..

Dallas gets the dna that helped them win it all the last time.. Potentially mcgee & chandler can fill the roles of chandler & marion to a tee if they both can get the heads on right .. And one of the best coaches in the league to do so is def rick.. It also doesn't affect their free agent ability .. Since the money from the kaman expiring was going to go to mayos extension..

Only team that would make sense for both parties is the Hornets with Gordon other than that there is no young SG that contract can match Dengs that's available . So looks like Dengs staying for now .

Well no **** but when someone says lets trade Deng for Monta, that does not make us better. We need to only trade Deng IF it makes us better and not just trade him for the hell of it.

We're not homers, we just don't want to make a trade just to make a ****in trade. That's the dumbest thing we can do.
