Interest in Arnott picked up this week with 2 teams heavily involved. Nice add for NYR. He's healthy and adds good depth up the middle.

Confirmed via NHL on the fly. Good signing, will he center the 3rd line? I don't know how good he is on the wing and I don't see him touching the 4th line

Yeah, I think a few of us brought up his name at the beginning of the off-season. I like the move as well.

Interesting move. Is big and can score a bit. I have not seen him play much in the last few years. I hope he still has a lot left in the tank.

I am all for this. Solid move. Nice 3rd line center. I brought this up on the boards earlier in the offseason. His leadership and hard nose play will really payoff when they get to the playoffs.

Great addition, especially to the PP. We need that big body in front of the goalie on PP's. Our PP unit has been poor at best and especially on the 5 on 3 opportunities.

Nothing against our Captain Cally, but I'd much rather have Jason standing in front there on PP's. I think that will be his greatest asset, along with winning faceoffs. Great signing!
