Bryz has been playing like a top 3 goalie IMO. i know the GAA isn't there at the moment but he keeps this up and he will.

REALLY been impressed with his play thus far this season. hope he can keep it up.

As good as we've played tonight, I've got to tip my hat to Mueller (another guy I wish we would've signed -- i think he's getting $2M a season...I'd gladly rid us of Lilja and Shelly to have Mueller) -- he's been everywhere tonight. He's made a number of great plays, including the breakaway.

On another note, Schenn has finally put on his big boy pants and reminded us what it's like to have a big, solid, two-way defenseman. It's kind of nice...

Schenn was billed as the next Pronger type defensemen.

I'm seeing some of that tonight.

If he ever develops into that...yeah that would be a steal for us. I'm starting to see some of his offensive instincts develop, which is a big plus. And positionally, he's been much better than advertised. I think Kimmo has been a big help to him -- you can see him making a number of more savvy plays this year vs. last.

Now, if only we could acquire one more pure scorer or one more quality d-man, we'd be in great shape.
