    Really though, I've noticed that shooting percentage is where the randomness of the game shows itself. You just never know, and it's rare that guys have consistently close shooting percentages year-to-year, even the stars.

    Take Jarrett Jack on my team, for example. Shot over 50% last year, now he's only shooting about 38%. It's not like he got that much worse.
