Line of the night: Jan. 25th

The Lakers managed a much-needed win over the Jazz. The Thunder picked up a win against the Kings. The Spurs topped the Mavs. The Rockets handily beat the Hornets. The Grizzlies soundly beat the Nets. The Bulls got a nice win over the Warriors as all three members of the Bulls starting front court recorded double-doubles. The Heat spoiled Monroe’s big night as they beat the Pistons. Rondo got a triple-double on back-to-back games, but again lost, this time in double-overtime to the Hawks. And the T-Wolves look as though they are about to hit rock bottom as they lost to the Wizards last night.

A lot of great lines last night. You could choose several, but I think Wade earned it.

Monroe, Miami had no answer for him and he shot well and defended well.

I went with Harden. He scored 30 on only 15 shots and 36 minutes in a blowout road win of a team playing very well. Rondo put up 16 on 18 shots in 45 minutes in a loss. They both had a ton of assists and turnovers, but Harden still had the better overall performance.

The poll should include Michael Drysch:

    1 for 1, 3 points, +/- $75,000, 1 bear-hug/tackle by Lebron
